Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department works with academic departments and administrative units to serve the human resource needs of the institution by appointing and retaining adequate, diversified, and qualified faculty and staff to promote and fulfill the University’s Strategic Goals, Objectives, and Mission. The Department is responsible for executing a comprehensive professional development program to improve faculty and staff job performance. The Department also reviews, develops, and regularly updates relevant human resources policies and procedures for faculty and staff to ensure that all the rights, responsibilities, and collegial roles are based on prevailing best practices and current laws and regulations.
