Student Recruitment Office

The Student Recruitment Office plans and implements recruitment strategies and initiatives in line with the University’s Strategic Objective, “Implement Strategic enrollment management practices to include long-term relationships with high schools, regional/international student recruitment initiatives to improve student enrollment”.

The Office is operated by a Student Recruitment Officer who reports to the Student Services Director. The Office plans robust outreach programs for the University to participate in national and regional activities, events, and campus tours to attract and recruit a competent, talented, and diverse student body. The Office also builds solid relationships with schools and private and public sector organizations to help potential students make the best decisions about their education.

The Student Recruitment Office coordinates with the Admission and Registration Department, Institutional Effectiveness Department, and academic departments to regularly validate and update the educational programs’ specifications, admission requirements, and other relevant information for prospective applicants. Additionally, the Office coordinates with the Media and Communication Office to publish printed and digital recruitment materials and use various University marketing channels for institutional branding.
